It is the location of the headquarters of HEC Pharmaceutical; it is a larger production base of oseltamivir in the world; it is a macrolide production base that has passed the quadruple certification of the US FDA, the European Union, the World Health Organization, and the CFDA (China Food and Drug Administration); it is the production base of genetic recombinant insulin, insulin glargine and insulin aspart with advanced technology and great development potential in the world; it is the first breeding base in the world to successfully realize the ecological breeding of Cordyceps sinensis; it is a formed foil production base in large-scale in the world; it is a milk bio-mask fermentation base with advanced technology, eco-environmental protection and good skin care effect in China; it is the heavy industry production base of HEC integrating Yangtze River water transportation and self-provided 660,000-kilowatt thermal power plant; it has beautiful scenery and well-managed golf courses, five-star hotels and retirement bases in Hubei Province; in the future, it will be built here one after another: a production base for Cordyceps sinensis, domestically sold preparations other than tumor drugs, protein insulin biological drugs and cosmetic basilemma that will have a great influence on China and even the world, and a better health care base in Hubei Province.

With a total investment of not less than 5 billion yuan, it will build the third largest production base of HEC Group, create an electronic component industry cluster with capacitors as the core, actively deploy and develop biological vaccines and cordyceps deep processing industries, set up research institutes for new energy and biological preparations, introduce high-end talents, and enhance industrial development, R&D and innovation capabilities.
Formed foil production base
It is located in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, close to Gyeonggi, and Hohhot in the west, with good geographical advantages. With a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan, a world-class formed foil production base is being built.
Energy reserve base
Founded in 2004, it is located in Tongzi County, Zunyi City. It is responsible for the development of HEC Group in Guizhou and Chongqing, and has two major enterprises, Tongzi County Shixi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Chongqing HEC Industrial Development Co., Ltd. Tongzi County Shixi Coal Industry Co., Ltd., established in April 2008, is a holding subsidiary of a listed company Guangdong HEC Technology Holdings Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 210 million yuan. It is the main enterprise responsible for coal production and sales in Tongzi of HEC Guiqing Base. Since its construction, the base has successively invested more than 1.5 billion yuan in Tongzi County for coal resource exploration, mine construction and coal production and operation. The company owns 4 mining rights and 2 prospecting rights, with a total recoverable coal resource reserve of 359.15 million tons. According to the annual output of 3 million tons of coal industry construction, has cooperated with Zunyi City government and GAC Group layout of new energy materials industry.
Cordyceps sinensis industry supporting base
It is located in Nyingchi, Tibet, it is the planting base of Cordyceps sinensis, Cordyceps pupae, bacteria, feed, mushrooms, and Chinese herbal medicines produced in Nyingchi; it is a production base for deep processing of Cordyceps sinensis and various mushrooms; it is a breeding base for musk, Tibetan antelope, yak, etc.; it is one of the company's medical academic promotion centers and cultural tourism bases.
